We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help! You can exchange your item(s) for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. All sale items will be 

To Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us at madisen@shopwinny.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. We’ll guide you through the simple process and provide a return label if needed.
  3. Once we’ve received your item(s), we’ll process your refund or issue store credit promptly.

A Few Things to Note:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Store credit will be sent via email and can be used on your next purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or there was a mistake on our end.
